Dr. William Abayaawien Atuilik is a distinguished public financial management (PFM) expert, legal practitioner, and academic with over 20 years of experience in financial governance, audit quality assurance, and corporate restructuring. He currently serves as Visiting Associate Professor of Accounting at Abilene Christian University (USA), Provost of Heritage Christian College (HCC), and Dean of the School of Graduate Studies and Research at HCC.

He is a Chartered Accountant, Barrister-at-Law, Chartered Tax Consultant, Chartered Banker, Chartered Economist, and Chartered Economic Policy Analyst. Prof. Atuilik is Managing Partner of Massim Consult, where he leads advisory, audit, research, and training initiatives, and Partner at Akanbek, Atuilik & Associates, a law firm providing legal, tax, and financial consulting services.
