KFA Consults holds membership in both the Liberian Institute of Certified Public Accountants (LICPA) and the Liberian Institute of Tax Practitioners (LITP), specializing in Audit, Accountancy, Tax, Advisory and Business Services spanning various sectors.

Established in 2016, our firm is deeply committed to addressing the needs of local and international organizations operating in both the private and public sectors. The vision of our founding partners was to attract, nurture, and deploy local expertise in accounting and business management to serve organizations not only in Liberia but also beyond its borders. Despite recognizing the risks and challenges associated with launching a new firm in an economically challenging environment, our founders saw a valuable opportunity to bridge the professional service gap left when existing firms ceased operations in the country. This assessment was proven correct, and by 2017, our firm, initially known as FINA Enterprise, had already established a strong reputation for delivering high- quality financial and business advisory services with unwavering integrity.

In 2022, FINA Enterprise underwent a significant transformation. The Tax and Assurance practices were rebranded to create KFA Consults. This reorganization efficiently consolidated all of FINA Enterprise’s service offerings into five primary service lines: Assurance, Tax, Advisory, Research and Development, and Monitoring and Evaluation. This rebranding has endowed our company with a more robust corporate structure, enabling us to deliver comprehensive Auditing, Accounting, Tax, Advisory, Research, Financial Management, Monitoring and Evaluation Services aligned with the highest professional standards.
